RevenueOS guide
Learn where information belongs, how to move an opportunity forward, and how to get useful results from connected tools and assistants.
Your first 15 minutes
Use approved training data. The goal is to understand how work moves, not to explore every setting.
Where information belongs
Link records across apps when the workflow supports it. Do not maintain competing versions of the customer journey.
01
Owns message history, inbox state, assignment, and customer replies.
02
Owns customer identity, qualification, stage, owner, next action, and due date.
03
Owns internal coordination, team decisions, operational questions, and assistant requests.
04
Owns quotes, invoices, payments, and commercial document status when enabled.
Best performance
“Follow up soon” cannot be owned or measured. “Maria to call on 12 August about the revised quote” can.
One person is responsible for moving it.
The stage reflects the real commercial position.
The next step is unambiguous.
The commitment has a real date.
Agent-assisted work
A useful request contains six ingredients.
Review the Acme opportunity and its latest conversation. Summarise the buying signals, identify missing qualification information, and draft a concise follow-up email. Do not send it or change the opportunity stage.
A good working rhythm
Review assigned conversations, overdue actions, priority follow-ups, and exceptions.
Update the owner, stage, next action, date, and meaningful outcome.
Clear urgent conversations and give active items an owner and action.
Review stalled work, duplicates, performance, and automation opportunities.
When something goes wrong
Include the app, record, time and timezone, expected result, actual result, and whether customer work is blocked. Remove passwords, keys, payment details, and unnecessary personal data.
